Continuing Students: Next Steps in Latin, Elementa Sequel

Course Description: This class is for students who have finished the Elementa: Foundations in Latin workbook would like to continue in the curriculum. Elementa: Next Steps in Latin is the second volume in the series.
Students will have the chance to explore the language, culture, and history of the ancient Romans. This course includes a quick review of previous material, but covers more intermediate Latin grammar and historical content.
DETAILS
Level: This class is intended for students (2nd-8th grade) who have already completed two sessions of Elementa Online, or have completed the first workbook. It may also be appropriate for students who have taken a Latin course through a different channel.

Telepaideia tuition is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your enrollment or withdraw from your class, you may be eligible for a 50% credit, to be used toward a future Telepaideia course. In order to be eligible for this credit, you must notify info@paideia-institute.org of your withdrawal before the second class meeting has taken place.

Maddie Palden graduated from Swarthmore College in 2022 with a BA in Latin. She loves teaching Latin to younger students and fondly remembers falling in love with Latin at 14. An LLiR(HS) alumna and former intern on the curriculum team, she is thrilled to be back at Paideia teaching Elementa courses.
